Executive Training Manager – Remote (Independent Contractor)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Executive Training Managers to contribute to our global leadership and professional development initiatives. This independent contractor role is ideal for professionals with a background in coaching, leadership, training, or career development who value flexibility and autonomy in their work.

As an Executive Training Manager, you will use your expertise to mentor and guide professionals navigating career transitions, while also supporting the growth of our presence in the personal and professional development field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support professionals exploring new career directions

  • Conduct virtual consultations (phone/Zoom) to assess client needs and create tailored action plans

  • Build and maintain a professional network through digital platforms

  • Collaborate with a global team of leaders and coaches

  • Participate in structured professional development and leadership training

  • Demonstrated experience in executive coaching, leadership, or training

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
