Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients recover and return to a pain-free life.
- Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
- Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.

Qualifications:

- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
- Strong clinical skills.
