As Business Operations Associate, you will be part of the team that links the Xero nervous system together and supports our senior leaders to execute on the Xero strategy and deliver value to our customers.

You will make an impact working with a team of Business Operations Managers across a wide range of geographically dispersed Product and Technology teams.

You’ll thrive working across a broad portfolio and with a range of diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships with a keen ability to zone in on the most important opportunities.

**What you'll do...**:

- ** Role**:

- As a member of the Business Operations team, you will be a delivery partner to the Business Operations Managers and GMs:
- You will be a trusted and collaborative member of the Planning and Operations team and a safe pair of hands across a wide portfolio of work.
- Contribute to and support the execution of initiatives and processes that drive operational effectiveness and efficiency in Product or Technology divisions.
- You will support the Business Operations Managers in establishing and running the operational cadences of their divisions with specific responsibility for establishing best practice for divisional comms, such as Town Halls.
- You will support the coordination of planning, communication and execution of key cross Product and Technology initiatives, including annual planning.
- Support the Business Operations Managers with divisional workshops and offsites, including planning and coordination.
- You will work in tandem with the GM of your team to enable collaborative ways of working across the wider Product and Operations team.
- **
Experience**:

- 3 - 4 years experience in operations, project or product roles, with technology sector experience preferred.
- Experience working with high performing teams in a fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with a wider variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in delivery of a wide range of work and balancing priorities.

You will be an action oriented and delivery focused individual who wants to continue to build their career in an operations environment. You will be okay with ambiguity, have a curious mind and your stakeholder skills will be able to traverse all levels.
