Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing, Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market. In collaboration with our associated partners, IMC have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.

Given our growing operational presence across vast areas of regional WA including the Pilbara and Goldfields, an opportunity is available for a
**Project Controller** (Administration) to join our Civil operations on a permanent full time basis.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for all project administration tasks to directly support the project operations team. A high attention to detail, being results driven and understanding the importance of timely reporting are valuable attributes in successfuly performing this position.

Responsibilities include the entry of financial data and timesheets into IMC company systems, roster management and travel administration in addition to:

- Entering machine hours in SMU spreadsheet and Corecon daily by the designated cut off time, with defects recorded in MEX or database.
- Compiling and maintaining project documentation.
- Raising purchase orders and receipting via Pronto ERP System.
- Entry and reconciliation of plant and labour time.
- Managing the new employee roster, including onboarding of new employees, arranging inductions and creating training packs for the first week (site-based induction paperwork, VOC's etc).
- Entering roster changes up to 3 months in advance with all relevant flight and accommodation changes made.
- Completing the Subcontractor Checklist as per the IMC Subcontractor Management Policy,
- High Level of attention to detail is essential.
- Previous exposure to the Mining and Civil Construction industry.
- Exposure to FIFO or site based admin role is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- High level computer literacy skills with a solid knowledge of Pronto or other ERP systems.
- Current driver’s license.
- Willing to complete and pass medicals and D&A screens.
- Current National Police Clearance or be willing to apply.
