About the Role
The Manager PFM is responsible for the portfolio budget and associated reporting, including portfolio agencies and authorities. Lead a team of analysts to ensure accurate information and effective processes across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities
- Leading the on-going development of the portfolio's budget and medium-longer term financial sustainability, including through:

- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the portfolio to ensure that key portfolio budget and reporting products, including State Budget Papers meet agreed quality and time related targets;
- Ability to drive the review, reconciliation and integrity of portfolio-wide budget and financial information underpinning:

- Budgets and monthly reports
- Portfolio budget information contained in submissions to Cabinet and Cabinet Committees, State Budget Papers, data held in DTF's SRIMS system and information provided to the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee
- Ensuring the integrity of the budget and financial information in accordance with the Financial Management Act 1994
