Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 40 years and employ over 250 people.

**Description**:
About the role

Working within the Spray Seal Division of a National company, you will have the opportunity to travel to regional SQLD, with the opportunities for overtime and weekend work. Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction projects will be highly regarded, but not essential.

**We are looking to fill the following roles**:
General Labourer
Roller Driver
Crew Truck Driver
Bitumen Sprayer Driver
Spreader Truck Driver

Duties

Work within set instructions from leading hand/foreman
Build knowledge based and skills around plant operations
Operate machinery in safe and technically correct manner
Plant management in line with requirements ‘
Reporting duties and responsibilities
Ensuring legislative compliance

Skills & Experience

A HR licence (however HC is preferable)
Dangerous goods licence (for Bitumen Sprayer operators)
Experience in plant operation
Willingness to travel throughout Queensland
A focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Experience working within the pavement industry is desirable but not essential
