We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** We are seeking a **Production Operator** to join our site in **Beenleigh **on Full-Time basis. The role will be responsible for all aspects of cylinder filling, maintenance, and testing to a high safety standard. The hours of work will be 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday. **Key responsibilities and duties**: - Inspecting, sorting, painting, and handling of Industrial and LPG cylinders - Completing all checks to ensure equipment is safe to operate - Data entry - Completion of paperwork - Reporting non-conformances - Liaising with management and maintenance team as required - General housekeeping duties - Manual handling - Loading and unloading of vehicles - Unpacking of shipping containers as required - Forklift operation - Filling of industrial and hospitality cylinders - Other tasks as required from time to time **Skills & Experience** - Safety focused individuals - Valid forklift licence is essential and ability to operate a forklift safely - A positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player with a strong work ethic - The ability to read and interpret procedures, standards and cylinder labels - An understand of the hazards of various gases - Reliability, with a flexible attitude to tasks and hours - Capable to lift greater than 10 kg - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures - Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines - Organisational skills and time efficient - ‘A "YES WE CAN" attitude towards customer service - Technical aptitude and computer skills highly regarded **Benefits** - Detailed initial training - Continual ongoing support and coaching provided - Significant future career opportunities - Rewards & Recognition program - Competitive Salary Package - Work for an Essential Service for financial security Most importantly at Supagas we value attitude above all else.
