In this role you will:

- Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapist's, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologist or Rehab Counsellors
- Leading a team of 8-10 consultants, provide guidance and support with strategic file reviews
- Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.

**Qualifications**
You will have
- Experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
- Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes;
- Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
- Current driver license and motor vehicle.
