**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Team Member to join our growing business in Beverley, Adelaide.

You will learn and grow in a multifaceted production role, across raw materials, machine operation and storage activities. You will proudly set the foundation for the site’s Safety and Quality performance, delivering reliably for our customers. A “can do” mindset, is the most critical quality you will bring to the role.

**You will receive training so you can confidently grow skills in the following areas**:

- Batching of raw materials
- Operation of machinery and working with robotics
- Cleaning of process equipment
- Manual handling and lifting
- Warehousing duties

**Skills & Experience**

To shine, you will need to be passionate and driven, bringing problem solving capability and an aptitude for hands on work. Other capabilities that will help you succeed:

- Great communication skills and a team player
- Receptive to change with a continuous improvement mindset
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Willing to obtain a Forklift Licence - training will be provided.

Work-life balance is achieved in this role with a 35 hour week and with shift start times rotating between 6am, 9am and 1.15pm. Shifts rotate on a fortnightly basis with flexibility allowed for work-life balance.
