**The Role**

Architecture client based in inner city suburbs looking for an
**accounts officer** to join their team.

**Duties will include**:

- Accounts receivable and payable
- Invoicing
- Recording account transactions
- Bank and invoice reconciliations
- Liaise with Accounts team
- Month end reporting
- General administration
- Data entry - set up supplier accounts in project management system

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous **accounts officer, finance officer, accounts payable, accounts receivable experience is required**:

- Experience in the natural built industries is advantageous (architecture, design, engineering, construction)
- Experience with Xero
- Excellent communication skills
