**About Our Client**:

Responsibilities will include:

- Coding and lifting information into their new system (Dynamics 365)
- Revise all invoices and allocate to the team
- Look after AMEX and Uber accounts
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and proper authorisation
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions and related documentation.
- Resolve payment-related issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Other ad hoc duties
