Endoscopy Bookings Team is seeking a motivated enthusiastic clerk to join the team at Western Health on part - time bases.

The Endoscopy Bookings is committed to providing equitable and timely access to elective and emergency endoscopy procedures resulting in positive patient outcomes. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the elective endoscopy wait list and maximising the utilisation of endoscopy sessions.

This role requires an individual who has excellent planning skills, well-developed presentation and communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, who has the ability to work well in a team and be able to work within deadlines to manage competing demands.
