**About the Role**:
This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding international company that focuses on innovation, cutting-edge technologies, and R&D.

**Main Duties**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform audits and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of purchasing, vendor management, or procurement is desirable.
- Certification in bookkeeping (e.g., AIPB or CPAs) is a plus.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
