What We’re Looking For:

- **Reliable on the Road**: Full driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance.
- **Compassion & Experience**: You’ve worked with people living with mental and/or physical disabilities and love making a positive impact.
- **Safety Ready**: First Aid and CPR certifications are a must
- **Excellent Communication**: You must have **clear, fluent English-**both written and spoken-to communicate effectively and keep accurate records.
- **Tech Friendly**: Comfortable using CRM software for notes and updates.
- **Team Player**: You thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.70 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 06 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS clearance (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 13/08/2025
