**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Brisbane office.
**Responsibilities**
Key Duties of the role include but not limited to:
- Reception - provide a professional and welcoming reception to greet clients and visitors, handle incoming calls and connect visitors with the Baker McKenzie representative;
- Front of House/Client Services - provide tea/coffee service to visitors, organise catering for meetings/events, maintain and stock internal kitchen supplies and set up meeting rooms in advance;
- IT support - set up required AV equipment in meeting rooms;
- Mail/Couriers - manage all mail, deliveries and outgoing couriers for the office;
- Facilities - liaise with staff and building management on facility requirements;
- Events - liaise and support the Marketing and Events team on all client functions and requirements;
- Invoicing - process all operational invoices; and
- Administration - provide general administrative support to the Brisbane office and wider National operations team.
**What we're looking for -**
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment supporting multiple people
- A minimum typing speed of 50 wpm (90% accuracy rate)
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
- An ability to deal with sensitive information in an appropriate manner
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, including the ability to deal with internal and external clients
