The Role
As the Operations Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to the Manufacturing Manager by managing daily operational and administrative tasks. You'll be the go-to person for streamlining workflows, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting audits, all while helping drive continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead small-scale process improvement projects
  • Collaborate with WH&S and CI teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
  • Prepare documentation for audits and operational reports
  • Maintain accurate records and support data integrity

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in operations or administration coordination (ideally in manufacturing)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
