**About the Opportunity**

Join the Y Victoria team in this newly added Senior Leadership role as the OSHC Operations Manager. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role with a base salary of $125k + super.

Within our OSHC Team, we strive to develop and maintain strong partnerships, both operational and strategic, with key stakeholders. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Shape and incorporate your vision along with the Y’s vision of OSHC, positively impacting all of our Y OSHC services and the Education Industry
- Build new relationships within the industry through a variety of internal and external Y OSHC partnerships
- Harness your passion for working with children in this purpose led organisation
- Lead your team in a thriving work environment while building a positive and collaborative work culture

In this role you will lead an awesome team of 3 Regional Managers and an Operations Coordinator across a total of 30 programs. Through providing seamless communication, direction and leadership to the OSHC Team, you will support us in continuing to achieve fun and positive experiences for all children, families and school communities.

**What do you need?**
- Employee Working with Children Check Card
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Early Childhood Education or equivalent (desirable)
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
- Equivalent experience preferred but not required
