This exciting key leadership position oversees the daily operations and strategic development of Before and After School Care, School Holiday and Occasional Care programs across a cluster of our services.

**About the Opportunity**

The Y Victoria is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager who is committed, passionate and energetic and who will be dedicated to empowering educators in inspiring school aged children. As an Operational Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of Rockstar Coordinators in implementing fun and high quality programs for children
- Building strong and positive relationships with school communities and stakeholders
- Supporting the growth and development of our OSHC leaders

This is a full time opportunity with an annual salary package of $104k (incl super) & a generous travel allowance.

**What do you need?**
- Have a completed a Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR) and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
- Equivalent experience preferred but not required
