As the OSHC Leader, you will be the driving force behind your service, managing daily operations, leading a passionate team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. This role offers flexible, non-traditional hours – no 9–5 shifts and no weekends – making it ideal for professionals seeking meaningful work-life balance and purpose-driven leadership.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the Service Leader to manage daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture1
  • Plan, implement, and review creative, engaging programs for primary school-aged children in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and the National Quality Standard
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community
  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where children and educators can GROW
  • Support administration, including rostering, enrolments, and reporting
  • Step into the Service Leader role as required

What you'll bring

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (required)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in OSHC or early childhood education, with proven leadership or supervisory skills
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for supporting and inspiring school-aged children and leading a team
