Our client is committed to providing high-quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services to families across Melbourne. We're looking for Coordinators to join their growing services across the south-eastern suburbs, with positions available inner SE, and as far south as Packenham.

**As our OSHC Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our OSHC program, including**:

- Developing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities and programs for children
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Supervising and leading a team of educators
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Managing the administration of the program, including rostering, reporting, and budgeting
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Experience working in OSHC or a similar setting as this is a new team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education for children
