**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of Sales Assistants and oversee all aspects of sales activities, including counter sales, phone sales, and quotes.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to plan daily jobs and ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager to meet workload and requirements.
- Stay informed about workplace needs by working closely with the Administration Manager.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with unloading trucks and vans, as well as general maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a presentable and organised sales counter and showroom area.
- Develop a deep understanding of company systems and propose improvements and updates.
**About You**:
- A trade or industrial background would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and strength for hands-on work and occasional lifting of parts.
- Good computer skills.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and multitask effectively.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and alternate weekends.
- Willingness to contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
