**Package of $110,000-$130,000**

Lead a dynamic professional team dedicated to the highest standards of education and care. As an Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and quality across the services and working collaboratively with the excellent team already in place.

- A Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.

**Essential Requirements**:
Some essentials include:

- An understanding that this is a full time position.
- A qualification of Certificate IV / Diploma or above.
- Coachability - someone that is willing to learn, at the same time of guiding others. An understanding that this learning journey is continuous.
