About the Position

To describe the role in a few lines would not do it justice.

You will be working with experienced Partners and a highly dynamic and respected team.
- Answering the telephone and being the first point of contact for clients
- Maintaining ASIC company secretarial records
- Checking and forward of ATO correspondence
- Preparation of mail
- Managing debtors
- Assist Accounting team with Bookkeeping
- Assisting with the preparation of internal practice management accounts
- Processing creditor payments in Xero
- Administration support to the accounting team including following up client queries
- Diary management for Partners
- Manage team leave calendar
- Monitor workflow and work with the team to exceed turnaround time
- Following up client documents for signing
- Maintain practice policies and procedures and assist Partners with updating these when required
- Maintain a record of team KPI’s
- Manage lodgement lists including liaising with team members and clients to ensure all lodgement and payment obligations have been met
- Petty cash reconciliation
