The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the organisation's image and brand. It is also responsible for creating and managing all marketing activities and campaigns to promote everything that the organisation does, including engaging with our community.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Community Engagement and Marketing Manager and as part of a dedicated Marketing and Sponsorship team, your responsibilities will include:

- Positioning and differentiating all brands that sit underneath our organisation
- Working closely with our Graphic Designer to ensure our visual identity represents the position of all our brands
- Managing all video and photo shoots to continue to build a strong library of images and footage
- Attending all major events aligned to marketing activities, assisting with media and other support
- Managing all brands websites
- Assist in developing and oversee implementing overall digital strategy, including social media.
- Undertake market research projects to drive the Marketing Strategy and assist in decision making
- Developing, driving, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns including creative, advertising, promotions, events and activities to increase the profile of all brands and activities and marketing campaigns to optimise marketing investment and ROI
- Liaising with creative agencies, media agencies, digital agencies to deliver on all campaigns

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be experienced working in a fast-paced environment with a proven and extensive experience in developing and delivering highly effective end to end marketing campaigns driving business outcomes. You will thrive at being able to manage multiple projects at peak times, dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders. In addition, you will need:

- Ability to engage stakeholders in a consulting capacity
- Extensive experience in developing highly sophisticated marketing plans
- Highly analytical, with a love of data and insights
- Outstanding project management skills
- Supervisory skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
- Achievement oriented

You will have experience in Creative Production, Media, including Social Media, Digital and working with Websites and ideally a background in Advertising, Promotions and/or Events.
