We’re looking for a passionate and strategic product marketing expert eager to make an impact with a member-focused national brand that’s got big growth aspirations. You thrive at the intersection of product, brand, and customer, translating complex features into compelling stories that drive engagement and acquisitions. **About the role**:
- You’ll develop a deep understanding of business objectives, market and audience trends to inform and develop the product marketing strategy and translate HBF’s product and service features and benefits with clear value propositions.
- Plan, develop, and deliver insight-led campaigns.
- Bring product propositions to life across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure HBF brand (tone, style, design) is delivered consistently.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Influence decision-making and project/campaign outcomes.
- Interrogate marketing performance reporting and utilise insights to continuously refine and enhance strategies, campaigns, and tactics.
**About you**:
- Tertiary qualifications preferably in Marketing or a related area.
- Minimum of 8 years of Marketing (or related) experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver marketing strategy using trend data and audience insights.
- Experience developing and implementing integrated product and acquisition campaigns.
- Understanding of marketing-focused risk and compliance obligations in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
- Experience managing agencies and maintaining budgets.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Understanding of modern marketing technology and practices.
- Experience in agile working environments preferred.
- Strong strategic marketing skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and strong planning and analytical skills.
