**Your Role**:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our clients company's growth and success. You will be the face of their brand, engaging with customers to understand their unique needs and offering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your passion for hospitality and the kitchen will be crucial in guiding our clients towards the best products that align with their brand identity and elevate their guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their requirements and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse product range and the latest industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- **Sales Excellence**: Cultivate a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through the buying process and upselling relevant products.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our passionate team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and support each other's success.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A willingness to learn about the beautiful product range.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
