**About the Role**:
This full time Accounts Receivable position is temporary for approximately three months with the view to permanency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily review and reconciliation of accounts receivable transactions
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue balances
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection efforts
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts

**About You**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Simpro or MYOB Exo experience but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
