Generalist human resources advisor required for standalone role in WA

This is an opportunity to manage the entire human resources function for the WA business of this Global manufacturing and services organisation.

Supporting a workforce of approximately 150 employees across two sites, you will report to the Head of Human Resources who is based Internationally and work closely with the wider Australian human resources team.

Accountabilities will include:

- Supporting, coaching and developing the management team with all generalist and legislative queries
- Blue collar recruitment, onboarding and inductions
- Drafting, developing and implementing policies, processes and procedures
- Facilitation of training
- HRIS management
- Interpretation and implementation of industrial tools
- Supporting case investigations, grievance and disciplinaries
- Conducting HR audits and providing HR reports and analytics

This position will commence within their CBD based offices but potentially will move to the Eastern Suburbs. Hybrid working is on offer, as well as purchased annual leave options, access to EAP, salary packaging options, community and charitable involvement and a competitive remuneration package.
