Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**APS6 Procurement Reporting Officer** who is a highly motivated specialised procurement reporting practitioner.

**About the role**:

- Undertake internal and external procurement related reporting
- Ensure the reporting team’s external reporting obligations
- Assist in the review, development and implementation of procurement systems, strategies, policies and processes to assist with the preparation and implementation of the Section's key performance measures
- Lead the Department’s AusTender presence
- Administration of the Department’s GrantConnect presence for accurate reporting of grant opportunities and awards

**Ideally, you will have**:

- SAP (or equivalent) Experience
- Certificate IV in Government (Procurement and Contracting) or willingness to obtain
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to write clear and concise documents for a range of audiences
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of (or the ability to quickly acquire) the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Commonwealth Grant Rules and Guidelines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial/contract reporting, analysis and evaluation.
