Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.**The Opportunity**:

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of Suntory Oceania in the **licensed trade**, covering the **Sydney CBD** territory. You’ll drive sales, grow our iconic portfolio, manage assets, and uncover new business opportunities. This is a hands-on role where your energy, relationship-building skills, and commercial acumen will shine.**What you'll be doing?**
- Achieve sales targets and grow product distribution across your territory.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
- Execute promotional activity and ensure compliance across all accounts.
- Manage Suntory refrigeration and assets to ROI guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement category management initiatives and maintain planogram standards.

**What you bring**:

- **Industry Experience**: Prior experience within licensed sales or equivalent hospitality trade.

- **Communication & Negotiation**: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using digital tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- **Passionate Team Player**: Enthusiasm for working with great brands and even better people.
- **Valid Driver's License**: A full driver’s license is essential.
