**Who are we looking for?**
Our Range Supervisors support the Venue Operations Manager with bringing the operational requirements in our vibrant and fun entertainment venue to life. You’ll lead a team of hospitality staff providing on floor leadership, guidance, training, and management, to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the driving range, mini golf and food and beverage outlet.
These roles are available in either full time or part-time positions commencing prior to the opening of our new venue in mid 2025.
**What you’ll bring to the role**
You might have been described as a ‘people person’ with natural leadership skills, your customer service skills bring a smile to customers' faces, and you’ll have strong experience in hospitality management or a similar style role. Additionally, you’ll ideally also bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a range of people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- A current Tasmanian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming), or be willing to obtain, as well as a Tasmanian Working With Vulnerable People Check (WWVP)
- A flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and public holidays
