Reporting to the Australian MD, and part of the APAC HR team, there is now an exciting opportunity that has become available for a Manger, of People & Culture to join their executive team and help shape their organisational culture and drive their people initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs that foster a positive work environment and support the growth and development of all employees. The business is implementing Workday globally.

You will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. There are two direct reports who will be hands-on operationally within the business, with one of the team members with the responsibility to process payroll.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives;
- Design and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning;
- Drive employee learning and development programs, including training, skills development, and leadership programs;
- Provide coaching, advice, and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans;
- Foster a culture of employee engagement, recognising and addressing employee needs and concerns, and promoting a positive work environment;
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workforce representation and promote a culture of inclusivity;
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and adapt people practices accordingly.
