Based at Macquarie Park, this hybrid role presents a great opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to work in a varied and exciting environment where you will be involved in all levels of People & Culture. Our People & Culture team drives value for both our customers and the business by working closely with key internal stakeholders and other divisional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver results through ownership and considered execution of our strategy.
**We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual who**:
- Has several years’ experience in a business partnering role, ideally with Operations and Shared Services
- Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders and is a trusted advisor to the business
- Has a collaborative working style and an ability to work as part of a small team
- Is proactive in engaging internal & external stakeholders to create people solutions
- Has the ability to balance a hands-on, roll up your sleeves approach with a strategic mindset and ability to look at the bigger picture
- Comes with some experience in Learning and Development
**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Partnering with key stakeholders to drive the annual People & Culture cycle of activities
- Advising, supporting, and coaching managers on employee relations matters, performance management, change management, capability development and workforce planning
- Creating & delivering communication & engagement strategies which drive a positive culture at LifeHealthcare
- Coaching and supporting leaders to improve their own performance & effectiveness as well as that of their teams
- Partnering with client groups to identify and develop key talent
