PR & Influencer Senior Account Manager (Freelance)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a FreelancePR & Influencer Senior Account Manager for an initial 4-week contract. You'll bring expertise in media relations, deliver exceptional earned-first PR and influencer results, and manage strong media and client relationships. Confident in your craft, you'll ensure best-in-class execution across campaigns while collaborating with teams across the M+C Saatchi Group. An interest in sharing your expertise through brainstorms and briefings is ideal, helping to champion earned-first thinking and influencer management.

A Snapshot Of What You'll Do

• Partner to our clients, providing reliable & timely updates and counsel on media outreach and Influencer management
• Implement strategic earned and Influencer campaign plans for projects and annual programs
• Proactively communicate any changing elements of campaigns, providing counsel and problem-solving
• Oversee the junior team to implement specific PR and Influencer strategies in response to client objectives, issues, or briefs
• Participate in the creative ideation process and develop creative PR/Influencer tactics and work with production teams to deliver campaign implementation assets
• Contribute to creating a positive work culture and lend skills, capabilities, or knowledge to assist the client and agency in problem-solving

Your Ideal Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in the consumer PR and influencer space with thorough knowledge of communication principles and techniques, ideally from an integrated comms agency
• Excellent working knowledge of media across all mediums (including digital and social) and an active and expanding network of media contacts
• Understanding of trends and news that may affect the PR industry, programs or clients
• Strong public speaking/presentation skills, experience in new business pitching is a big plus
• Excellent time management skills, financial literacy and attention to detail
