**About the role**

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Resource Manager/Traffic Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing structure to the chaos. If you’re a detail-oriented multitasker with a knack for coordinating projects and managing resources, we want you to be the backbone of our team

The Resource/Traffic Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the agency’s resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum efficiency. Acting as the central coordinator between departments, you’ll balance workloads, optimise productivity, and foster collaboration within our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Overall Purpose of the Role**
- Collaborate with account management to review briefs and establish clear timelines for delivery.
- Allocate resources efficiently across creative, design, production, and editing teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Oversee timelines, ensuring work stays within agreed hours and budget, and key milestones are met.
- Maintain a streamlined workflow system to support efficient project management.
- Be highly organised, managing administrative processes with attention to detail.
- Oversee the WIP (Work In Progress) and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure full visibility across teams.
- Work closely with the Client Service Director to ensure sufficient internal resources are in place to meet project demands.
- Coordinate with the Executive Creative Director and Client Service Director to ensure adequate time is allocated for each project brief.
- Support the prioritisation of projects, ensuring a balanced workflow throughout the agency.
- Identify process deviations, flag issues with Client Service Director, and assist with retraining if needed.
- Proactively manage delivery expectations with account management, providing regular status updates.
- Monitor and report on resource utilisation, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide leadership with insights to inform hiring, freelance support, or other resourcing decisions.
- Ability to plan ahead and foresee any need for external support
- Nurture and further develop our network of vetted freelancers to support internal resources.

- A skilled project manager with experience in digital production, content, design and creative
- A clear and persuasive communicator, able to liaise confidently with team members at all levels
- Passionate about digital and social marketing
- Team oriented, but able to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and with a drive for completion and delivery
- You would ideally have around 3-5 years in an agency environment either in a project manager role or in a production or traffic role.
- Proficiency in Apple software, Google Workspace tools and project management tools (e.g. Asana)..
