**About the role & where you’ll be working**

Our Frank Prendergast Residential Site in Success is currently seeking a full time Business Support Officer (BSO) to support our current team. Our BSOs supervise the front desk and help create an outstanding first impression to all visitors, clients, and family members.

Frank Prendergast House has been caring for the local community since 2002. It's close by to local amenities and is purpose built to provide comfort to all our residents.

**Your duties will include**:

- Supporting all resident admissions and discharges.
- Assisting in RAT tests and other safety protocols.
- Ordering supplies, data entry, filing and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting the Residential Manager in any ad hoc duties.

**About you**

You are an experienced Receptionist or Admin Officer who enjoys interacting with people. You’ll have great customer service skills, an understanding of Microsoft Office suite programs and the ability to prioritise and manage your time properly.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:

- A friendly phone manner & great interpersonal communication skill.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and residents.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency and an understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work the roster as listed above.

**How to apply**
- National Police Clearance - Current within 6 months.
- Immunisation History Statement (FLU & COVID19).
- A completed pre-employment health questionnaire.
