Price Attack Gateways is one of many franchisee-owned and operated stores within the network with an owner dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive workplace while striving to achieve results and grow the business.

**The Role**:
The Manager role is an essential part of our leadership group, supporting and positively impacting our team and client experiences daily. The managers are responsible for working closely together to run everyday store needs alongside coaching and developing the team, holding the team accountable for strong results and, above all, ensuring all team members are providing an outstanding customer experience. The management team are also responsible for accomplishing administration and operational activities, including floor management, scheduling and building rapport with our valued regular clients.

Please note experience within the Hair industry is not essential.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow a supportive team environment to support business growth and individual development.
- Ensure retail and salon standards are met at all times.
- Identify areas of opportunity to continue to improve financial growth for the business.
- Leading by example and providing opportunities for training for all salon and retail team members.
- Liaise with VM/ordering manager to ensure correct stock levels and products are always available to the customer.
