**About the role and where you will be working**:
Our residential care team at Frank Prendergast House are currently looking for Rostering Officer to create and maintain rosters for our Residential Care team in Sucess to work on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months.

Caring for the local community since 2002, Frank Prendergast House is centrally located in Success in Perth’s southern suburbs. Catering for up to 73 residents, Frank Prendergast House features wide corridors, multiple lounge areas for residents and visitors to enjoy and enclosed walkways between houses.

You’ll quickly become part of a team that plays a very important role - maintaining staff levels ensures we can continue to meet accreditation / compliance requirements and deliver high quality care.

This is a Fixed Term Part Time position working Monday
- Friday, 60 hours a fortnight.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Arrange cover for sick leave, annual leave & unplanned absences.
- Schedule shifts in line with conditions outlined in our Enterprise Agreements.
- Respond quickly to problems & be prepared for the unexpected.

**About you**

Do you have experience with real time rostering of staff? Perhaps you don't have experience, but have always been interested in rostering?

Most importantly, you really enjoy tackling problems, solving puzzles and helping other people with short notice requests. Must be proficient in excel and have good time management skills, Experience working in MYOB or similar systems would be desirable.

With a professional and friendly phone manner, you’re comfortable managing a high call volume. You can also easily juggle multiple priorities and are happy working at a fast pace.
