**Role**

The Product Manager for Digital Identity is responsible for advising on and implementing a strategy to enable customers to onboard via digital identity verification.

This role is the key driver of strategic discovery, product development, innovation and achievement of enablement. We seek someone who understands the business, privacy, security and compliance challenges surrounding digital identity and has a passion for solving these challenges.

The role takes a forward view of the strategic integration of digital identity across all digital estates and some third-party/external identities and coordinates with critical resources to ensure the delivery approach is appropriate and well-defined.

**Responsibilities**
- Continually act as the voice of the customer and business in all situations
- Design and deliver the Product Roadmap by shaping strategy and product vision and translating it into features and a Program Backlog
- Prioritise the backlog, ensuring stakeholders and delivery teams understand the various initiatives and the value of each item
- Identify and break down themes into features, including MVP/iterative approaches to value delivery
- Own, manage and communicate the Product Roadmap
- Perform market, competitive, and customer analysis
- Identify opportunities and problem spaces, articulate market and customer needs
- Understand the market, the business and the customer so that you drive the right decisions;
- liaise with customer research teams
- collaborate with design teams to create great customer experiences
- work closely with business stakeholders to understand business drivers
- work closely with analytics.
