We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Oven Operator/Baker** to join our production team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor ovens to bake various products (breads, cakes, pastries, etc.)
- Ensure proper baking times and temperatures according to recipes and product specifications
- Check product quality, color, and texture to ensure consistent results
- Load and unload baking trays and racks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized baking area in compliance with food safety standards
- Communicate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of baking equipment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating ovens or working in a bakery is preferred
- Strong understanding of baking processes and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy trays or racks
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work early mornings(6am), weekends and public holidays if needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
