About This Team
Here at lululemon, the DC is where all the action happens Reporting directly into the Operations Supervisor, as the Data Administrator, you will pay a key role in overseeing the process of all systematic order flowfor inbound and outbound distribution operations. You are responsible for assigning tasks related to product to the various departments within the Distribution Centre.
A Day In The Life
- You are responsible for supporting the Supervisors with all aspects of the data administration within the distribution centre
- you report daily activities via LMS and WMS to leadership
- You oversee and process all the systematic flow or orders for inbound and outbound operations
- You perform other duties as directed by the leadership team to assist in creating a more efficient and productive working environment
- You partner with the Supervisors with onboarding and training of the Warehouse Associates
- You assist in development activities, organizing team meetings and team building events

- You have excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
- You have experience analyzing reports and building templates
- Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS
- You consistently coordinate the workflow of administration tasks
- You have demonstrated ability to think outside the box, enjoy challenges and is solutions orientated
