ReturnToWorkSA (RTWSA) is a statutory authority responsible for insuring and regulating the South Australian Return to Work scheme. The organisation provides insurance that protects South Australian businesses and their workers in the event of a work injury.
RTWSA’s mission is to provide a desirable, affordable and durable recovery and return to work insurance scheme for South Australia that reduces the social and economic costs of work injury.
The Manager Investigations and Regulatory Compliance reports to the Leader Enforcement and contributes to the Scheme integrity by enabling Scheme participants (providers, workers, self-insured and registered employers) to comply with their legislative obligations by taking prompt, risk based action when they do not comply and enabling appropriate penalties and enforcement actions to be pursued.
Experience in environments such as regulatory compliance, criminal, administrative or civil investigations, industrial relations, workplace psychology, allied health, or complex public administration would be highly valued.
