The Role

Ready to take the lead in safeguarding children's health, safety, and well-being? As our Senior Investigator, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and conducting investigations into high-risk early childhood providers, services, and their staff.

Your role will involve assessing and identifying non-compliance or breaches of the law in accordance with legislation and professional standards. You will recommend proportionate regulatory responses that drive meaningful improvements and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for these duties it is essential that you have the following:

Investigation, regulatory or compliance qualifications or equivalent experience

Special Conditions

  • Full time term vacancy, offered on a 12-month contract.
  • The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Working with Children Check prior to being employed and regularly as required.
  • Must have a valid working visa.
