Celebrating our 10th year We produce 1000's of videos each year and work with 100's of clients across Australia, NZ and the United States.

We have developed a drastically different approach to producing video content for our clients and this new approach has propelled our agency growth as we are now looking to expand our sales & marketing team.

**Our Mission.**

We produce inspired visual content that grows from our belief in the power of video - the power to plant impactful messages and craft valuable relationships between your brand and your audience.

**The Opportunity.**

A rare opportunity has arisen for a starring role to develop and cultivate new client relationships within the video content space.

You will be a video brand advocate / new business development rockstar promoting our new approach to video content creation.

We offer a sales and business development training program. A program responsible for over $10 million in revenue. Rest assured, if you have the right personality, then we can teach you how to close video content deals.

We are looking to grow the team quickly, so there is plenty of personal and professional growth with this opportunity.

**Who You Are.**

Experience is great, but attitude is key, so it's okay if you don't have specific experience, you may still be perfect for the role.

Selling video content creation is fun (and different to usual stuff you see in seek ads) but it's still selling, so requires a few things you need to possess.
- Technology saavy: You will be online and always plugged in and need to comfortable in this environment.
- Aspirational: We want ambitious people to be part of our team to take our agency to the next level. You will love smashing KPIs
- Vibrant personality: If you are in a room full of people and are energised with meeting lots of new people then you tick this box.
- Quick learner: We will teach you almost everything, but you need to be able to pick things up quickly and implement effectively. (We don't hand hold sorry)
- Passionate and Convincing: This goes without saying, but clients expect us to be knowledgable and passionate about video. You also need to have the natural ability to convince people. If you're unsure, then ask a mate.

We think this is fair, as we are passionate about video and what we produce and are looking for a like minded individual to join us.

The position will include base + commission + Super (Full-Time). OTO earnings are $65,000+ in the first year.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $93,344.02 per year
