**The Opportunity**
As Store Manager you’ll lead and motivate the team, creating a high performing culture that is focused on delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage all operational functions
- Lead, coach and develop the team
- Running a high sales volume store you need to drive financial outcomes in line with KPI’s
- Recruitment selection and onboarding of new team members
- Create and manage rosters
- Provide exceptional customer service levels.always
- Ensure VM standards are met and in line with company guidelines
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical product
**About You**
- Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a retail store manager
- Experience in performance management and recruitment
- Confident in carrying out operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting and staff training
- Understanding of the importance of ‘brand’. Confident in being a strong brand advocate for staff and customers alike
- A passion for water sports, snow or the general outdoors is preferred but not essential
