I’m looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Short-Form Content Specialist to join me on a casual basis to capture and create engaging, high-quality short-form video content (primarily Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts) for my fitness and coaching brand.

This role is perfect for someone who understands modern content trends, knows how to capture powerful visuals, and has a great eye for storytelling in under 60 seconds.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Filming short-form content (mainly Reels and TikToks) 2-3x per week
- Shooting both candid behind-the-scenes and staged/structured shots
- Editing all videos into polished, engaging, platform-optimized clips
- Adding captions, hooks, trending audio, transitions, and on-brand styling
- Brainstorming creative concepts and series with me (we’ll plan together)

**Requirements**:

- Experience filming and editing short-form video content (portfolio required)
- Own equipment (camera, gimbal, lighting optional but preferred)
- Proficiency in editing apps/software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Great eye for TikTok/IG trends, content pacing, and viral structure
- Bonus if you’re familiar with the fitness, health, or lifestyle space
- Strong communication, reliability, and a collaborative mindset

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $28.71 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 9 per week
