**Job Overview**: Are you a Pilates enthusiast with a flair for sales? Do you thrive on helping others discover the joy and benefits of Pilates? If so, we want to hear from you As a Sales Specialist at Core Collab, you will play a vital role in driving our sales initiatives through online, telephone, and in-person interactions. Your passion for Pilates and commitment to exceptional customer service will help our clients find the perfect equipment to elevate their practice.Full mentoring provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential and existing clients through online platforms, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to promote and sell Core Collab Pilates Equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fitness studios, professionals, and individuals seeking to enhance their Pilates experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them select the right equipment to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends to contribute to our growth strategy.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent Core Collab and expand our brand visibility.
- **Qualifications**:

- Passion for Pilates and a deep understanding of its benefits.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or wellness-related field.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in online, telephone, and in-person sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
