**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Project Support Officer to provide high quality project administration support, specifically in the creation and maintenance of delivery project data in core project management systems.

**About the Role**
- Project data control and integrity - own and manage new supply project data in LAHC’s core systems
- Work with Delivery and PPO teams to ensure all new supply projects are created correctly in OneSystem
- Ensure project forecasts (milestone and cash flow) are updated regularly as and when new information becomes available
- Run project reports from the core systems to ensure accuracy of regular updates
- Ensure alignment between OneSystem project data and SAP
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required to support delivery of accurate and timely project data at all times.

**About You**
- Sound understanding of development / construction project management
- Good organisational skills, the capacity to undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Excel skills
