**The Opportunity**:
A fast paced fashion brand is looking for a knowledgeable Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager with a can do attitude that can take their business to the next level. The company is looking for someone one who can hit the ground running and can bring fresh, new ideas to the table to continue to grow the companies outreach and space within the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will manage agencies to make sure budgets are used efficiently and effectively.
- Make sure all marketing adheres to brands tone of voice.
- Successfully monitor and report on website metrics and campaigns.
- Manage performance of SEO, EDM, CRM loyalty program, influencer and organic socials.
- Lead a team of assistants to help them to achieve individual and team KPI’s across their positions.
- Own the marketing calendar and coordinate across all promotional activity, merchandising and agency.
- You will ideally have 3 + years experience in a similar role working across both ecommerce and digital marketing
- Experience working with a fashion retail space and had fashion knowledge.
- Experience in Google analytics and Meta ads
- Ability to use programs such as Shopify or Salesforce.
- Confident and able to work autonomously.
- Proven experience managing and guiding a team
