We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for a** Digital & Ecommerce Manager** to join Seed Heritage.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online business and delivering outstanding customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

**THE ROLE**:

- Lead day-to-day operations of digital channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and product plans.
- Test, configure, and implement web assets, content, and promotions on schedule.
- Ensure order fulfillment SLAs and delivery quality with Group Digital and Supply Chain teams.
- Measure and monitor channel performance, presenting trade results and recommendations.
- Manage expenses against the digital P&L.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales, profitability, and customer experience.
- Resolve issues, maintain service levels, and standards.
- Use data and analytics for improvement and strategic opportunities.
- Execute digital marketing strategies across paid channels.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating an ecommerce business
and digital marketing channels.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or
Information Technology
- Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
whilst maintaining composure.
- Exemplary understanding and knowledge of ecommerce,
marketing, and retail
- Understanding of web design and UX standards
